Support for the Journey

Many women physicians question if they will ever figure out how to practice medicine AND live the kind of life they want to live. They think they are stuck, unable to see the path of enjoying their practice, while also living the kind of life they desire. 40% of female physicians go part time or leave medicine within the first six years of finishing residency. The reason given is usually family responsibilities. If you can relate to the dissatisfaction with your practice not fitting in with the life you want, please consider this is something you can fix. I have the tools to help you achieve the kind of life YOU choose with confidence, peace, and contentment.

Hi! I’m Robin,

a board certified anesthesiologist, a Chief Medical Officer, and a certified life coach for physicians. I have struggled like many of you, to find “balance” between my career and the other priorities in my life. This is not a “one and done” accomplishment. This is a life-long venture that is well worth the time! Through God’s grace, I now enjoy my ever-evolving medical career, while honoring the priorities in my life that I CHOOSE! One of the things I enjoy most is helping other physicians do the same!

If this is something you want for your own life, you can have a career that you enjoy AND a life that you love. In fact, you are a better physician when you are taking care of all aspects of your life. You are in a better mindset and more compassionate with your patients when you can be your best version of you.

Trust yourself enough to take the next steps!

You can decide to practice medicine in the way you want, and have a life you love!
